Hi Shelly, I saw you on Global TV promoting your book and I ordered a copy tonight. Both my wife and I are really looking forward to reading it as we have both been tested for allergies and it appears that although we are not celiacs we are most definately sensetive to Gluten. We were amazed at all the foods we tested alergic to. Foods that we have been eating for years gradually began to make us feel ill.
Anyway, it seems that Gluten is a product that certainly affects a lot of people’s health and they don’t even realize what is happening. Hopefully your book will open up the minds of people suffering out there. We wish you much success with your book.
